At SodaStream, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all CO2 cylinders and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
